First, get in touch with our friendly sales team to discuss your interest in the property and your current situation. They’ll be able to advise you on whether you meet the Head Start criteria.
PUT DOWN A RESERVATION FEE
If you qualify for the Head Start scheme, you’ll be able to put down a £2,000 reservation fee. This will ensure that the plot is only offered to you when we are ready to release the property, at which time the price will be set.
SECURE YOUR PLOT
Once the property is released, you’ll have 7 days to confirm that you want to turn your Head Start reservation into a formal reservation and proceed with the purchase. This gives you the opportunity to secure the property before it is available to the general public.
FULLY REFUNDABLE
If you decide not to proceed with the purchase, the £2,000 reservation fee is fully refundable, giving you peace of mind.
