Having lived in the North of the Island for a considerable time I was aware of Hartford Homes new development at Royal Park. The feel and look of the development together with its great coastal location with easy walking access to the park and the beach were a big attraction. When we saw the plans for the dormer and the superb finishes in the show home we were convinced that we had found the right home for us and promptly reserved the property. We were really happy when we found out that we could tailor the home to our tastes and enjoyed getting involved in the selection process. Once we moved in there were of course snagging items and we were impressed that they were all dealt with quickly and without any issue.
