At Hartford, we only create homes we would like to live in ourselves. That means well designed, modern versatile interiors, elegantly classical kitchens and bathrooms to savour and space to enjoy life. We also take pride in ensuring the buying process is painless and our customers have the smoothest move possible. Here is just some of the feedback we've had from our customers on their Hartford experiences.

“To all at Hartford Homes – thank you for our beautiful home. After visiting a Hartford Homes show home, we knew we had found our dream house. The exclusive development at Bradda View Grove ticked all our boxes; it was set in a rural location, but was still close to all amenities, and was environmentally efficient. The quality of the build is excellent, the design is beautiful and the layout of the house fits our lifestyle perfectly. Hartford were extremely helpful in allowing us to make personalised choices throughout the build. They guided us through the tailoring process and the level of communication was exceptional. We were kept well informed and were always welcome to visit the development to see our house being built. As the first homeowners to move into Bradda View Grove we have also experienced minimal disruption, as the staff on the ground are extremely considerate, ensuring the site is clean and secure at all times. From the decision to buy, to moving in, the team at Hartford Homes have been very supportive and have helped us in any way they can. We would highly recommend Hartford Homes.”

"We were really thrilled to move in to our new home at Cronk Cullyn. We didn’t have too much in the way of snagging but the Hartford guys were like snagging ninjas! Things have just been fixed like magic with no sign that anyone was ever in the house!"

“My son and I fell in love with St Ninian's Court when we came to view it – the sun was coming through the window and it’s just so lovely in the morning. It’s very quiet and peaceful which I like. With an arts and crafts church and lovely park on the other side, it was just perfect for me - it really was ‘Location, Location, Location'! It’s near to the shops and just down the road we’ve got the theatre, the concert hall and what I think is the nicest part of the promenade: it’s just very special.

“When my husband died I was left alone in a large four-bedroom house. It was very difficult at night being in the building alone. I’d looked for a bungalow in the locality and hadn’t found anything that was right for me.

“I’ve always felt very secure from the very moment I first moved in to the flats at St Ninian’s and very comfortable and at home. It does get quite difficult to maintain a big house and garden but I’ve just got the rooms I really need here: I don’t need a second bedroom so I’m able to have a separate dining and work room, as well as a sitting room.

“I wanted to keep as much as I could because it was things I’d acquired over the years including my pictures which were part of keeping things familiar for me in a new place; arranging what I’ve got as best I could was important to me.”
