Get ready to hit the beach for sea, sun and family fun this summer.
The Hartford Homes Festival of the Beach and Sea returns to Port Erin this year on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 August, promising a fantastic weekend of exciting events, competitions and family activities on one of the Isle of Man’s most picturesque beaches.
Attractions will include live music, bouncy castles, rides, beach sports, food stalls and more, along with the return of the Manx Wildlife Trust’s Marine Life MEGA Tanks, giving all festival-goers a glimpse into the Island’s wild and wonderful waters.
Hartford Homes will sponsor the annual event for the second year running.
Explaining the importance of the festival in the current global climate, Hartford Homes director James Greenhalgh said:
“We’re delighted that the Hartford Homes Festival of the Beach and Sea is returning to the beautiful bay of Port Erin once again.”
“In a year that continues to be hugely challenging for the world as a whole, it’s heartening that our Island community has made such remarkable progress in tackling the coronavirus pandemic.”
“It’s an achievement worth celebrating, and with so many of us planning ‘staycations' over the summer holidays, we think the enduringly popular event will be the perfect destination for families across the island to gather, relax and simply have fun.”
“Always a highlight of the community calendar, we’re proud to continue our support for Port Erin's excellent seaside festival.”
