New look for Castletown MFC women’s squad
The Castletown MFC women’s team took to the pitch in style over the weekend against Corinthians.
Their brand new kit — rich in the club’s vibrant red and emblazoned with sponsor Hartford Homes’s logo — arrived just in time for a hard-fought match on the opposing team’s Douglas home turf.
Also provided as part of a five-year sponsorship deal with Hartford Homes, scaffolding for a new TV gantry at CMFC’s Malew Road home stadium has been finalised and installed, ready for the busy 2021/2022 season of fixtures ahead.
The scaffolding tower is the latest in a number of fresh additions and refits to the team’s iconic grounds, including refurbished dressing rooms, new goalposts, nets, kit and equipment.
James Greenhalgh, director at Hartford Homes, said:
The CMFC women’s squad are a force to be reckoned with, and we’re looking forward to seeing them take the fight to clubs across the Island in their new set of reds!
With such a long and successful history in the world of local football, all of us at Hartford are beyond proud to continue our support for Castletown MFC. Here’s to a thrilling season over the coming months!
